Analytics
In Analytics, you can see detailed information about your project and team performance.
Generate analytics
To generate analytics:
- Go to Analytics.
- Click Generate.
Refresh Analytics
To refresh the Analytics page, click the refresh button in the top right corner. Only Team Owners, Team Admins, and Project Admins can refresh Analytics.
View project details
The top bar gives a general overview of the project:
- Total items: Shows the number of completed items to the total number of items.
- Active users: Shows the number of users who made an action in the editor in the past 24 hours to the number of total users.
- Last active: Shows the date when the last action was made in the editor by any user.
- Project creation date: Shows the date when the project was created.
Filter analytics by folder
To filter Analytics by folder:
- Go to Analytics.
- Click the drop-down menu.
- Choose a folder or multiple folders.
- Click anywhere outside the drop-down menu.
The drop-down list contains the following items:
- All: Includes all the root items and folders.
- Root items: Includes the items that don’t belong to any folder.
- List of folders: Includes the folder(s) that are created in the project.
- Annotators and QAs can’t filter the Analytics page by folder.
- If the folder is deleted, user-specific data is transferred to the All value, and image specific-data is deleted.
- If the images are moved or deleted, user-specific analytics stays in the folder, and image-specific analytics is moved or deleted.
Filter analytics by role
To filter Analytics by role(s), click on one or multiple of the following roles: Annotator, QA, and Admin. To reset the filter(s), click Reset filters.
Filter analytics by user
To filter by user(s), click on the icon(s) of the user(s). You can filter by one or multiple users.
You can’t select a user filter and then select a role filter. When you do that, you’ll see a popup message asking you if you want to reset the user filter and proceed with the role filter or not.
Item status
The Item Status chart shows the status of the item(s) in a project or folder(s). The status of an item can be: Not Started, In Progress, Quality Check, Returned, Completed, or Skipped.
Each section in the chart represents a status. Hover over a section to see the status of that section and the number of items it contains.
The number in the middle of the chart represents the total number of items in the project or folder(s).
Cards
The cards show information regarding instances and work hours:
- Total number of instances in completed items
- Total number of attributes in completed items
- QA hours spent: Total hours the QA(s) spent working in the editor for a project or folder (not visible to Annotators if they’ve never been QAs in the project)
- Annotation hours spent: Total hours the Annotator(s) spent working in the editor for a project or folder (not visible to QAs if they’ve never been Annotators in the project)
- Admin hours spent: Total hours the Admin(s) spent working in the editor for this project or folder (not visible to Annotators and QAs)
Users
The table in Users shows information regarding the user(s) in your project(s):
- Name: Username.
- Role: User role.
- Work hours: The total number of hours a user has worked in the editor.
Classes
The table in Classes shows information regarding all the classes of the instance(s) in your project:
- Class name
- Instances in the completed items count: The total number of instances in completed items.
- Ratio: The ratio of the total number of instances in completed items to the total number of instances.
Attributes
The table in Attributes shows information regarding all the attributes of the instance(s) in your project:
- Attribute name
- Attributes in the completed items count: The total number of instances in completed items.
- Ratio: The ratio of the total number of instances in completed items to the total number of instances.
Only predefined attributes (Single selection and Multiple selection) are calculated.
Download analytics
To download the analytics, click the download button in the top-right corner. When you do that, a CSV file will be downloaded.
You can download the analytics of Image Projects, Text Projects, and Video or Audio Projects only.
The CSV file has tables for the following items: item status, users, classes, and attributes.
Item status
