Generate analytics

To generate analytics, click the refresh button in the top right corner of Analytics.

View project details

General analytics shows your project’s details such as:

  • Project creation date
  • Total users
  • Last active (date when the last edit was made in the project)
  • Working users (the total number of working users)
  • Completed (the number of completed images)
  • Remaining (the number of images that aren't completed)

Filter analytics by folder

To filter Analytics by folder:

  1. Go to Analytics.
  2. Under General analytics, click the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose a folder or multiple folders.
  4. Click anywhere outside the drop-down menu.

The drop-down list contains the following items:

  • All: Includes all the root images and folders.
  • Root images: Includes the images that don’t belong to any folder.
  • Your folders: Includes the folder(s) that you created.

❗️

  • Annotators and QAs can’t filter the Analytics page by folder.
  • Start date is available only for the All value and when only one folder is selected.
  • If the folder is deleted, user-specific data is transferred to the All value, and image specific-data is deleted.
  • If the images are moved or deleted, user-specific analytics stays in the folder, and image-specific analytics is moved or deleted.

Item status

The Item Status chart shows the status of the item(s) in a project or folder(s). The status of an item can be: Not started, In progress, Quality check, Returned, Completed, or Skipped.

Each section in the chart represents a status. Hover over a section to see the status of that section and the number of items it contains. The percentage of every section is available on the chart as well.

The number in the middle of the chart represents the total number of items in the project or folder(s).

To exclude a status from the chart, click on the status name below the chart.

Cards

The cards show information regarding instances and work hours:

  • Total number of completed class instances: The total number of completed class instances in a project or folder(s).
  • Total number of completed attribute instances: The total number of completed attribute instances in a project or folder(s).
  • QA hours spent: Total hours the QA(s) spent working in the editor for a project or folder.
  • Annot. hours spent: Total hours the Annotator(s) spent working in the editor for a project or folder.
  • Admin hours spent: Total hours the Admin(s) spent working in the editor for this project or folder.

Users

The table in Users shows information regarding the user(s) in your project(s):

  • Name: Username.
  • Role: User role.
  • Work hours: The total number of hours a user has worked in the editor.

Classes

The table in Classes shows information regarding the classes of the instance(s) in your project(s):

  • Classes: Class name.
  • Instances in Completed Items: The total number of instances in completed items.
  • Ratio: The ratio of the total number of instances in completed items to the total number of instances.

Attributes

The table in Attributes shows information regarding the attributes of the instance(s) in your project(s):

  • Attributes: Attribute name.
  • Instances in Completed Items: The total number of instances in completed items.
  • Ratio: The ratio of the total number of instances in completed items to the total number of instances.
