14-day free trial

We switched our Free subscription to a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

If you’re a free user, you will be switched to the Free subscription plan. Your limits will stay the same.

When the trial expires, the following fields are disabled for the Team owner:

• Projects
• Neural networks
• Templates

The Team owner has still access to the My teams, Settings, and Billing tabs.

Team admins and Contributors won’t be able to access any tab except for the My teams tab.

You can see how many days are left from your free trial in the navigation panel.

Image upload popup

The upload popup shows you the number of Uploaded, Skipped, and Failed images.

An image is Skipped if:

• It has an existing name.
• Its resolution exceeds 100 MP for vector projects and 4 MP for pixel projects.
• It can’t be uploaded because the image upload limit has been reached.

An image is Failed if:

• Its resolution exceeds 100 MP.
• SuperAnnotate does not support its format.

Export changes

Now you can export Not started and Skipped images. The download package is the same for all image statuses:

• Original images
• JSON
• Fused images (if enabled)
• Blue masks (pixel projects only)

We also added new fields in the JSON image metadata block: height and width.
