With this release, we’re bringing you the ability to categorize your LLMs and GenAI items, some improvements to CSV uploads, and more.

Item categorization

You can now add categories to LLMs and GenAI items in order to help organize projects better. Item categorization is an optional feature, meaning you can switch it on or off based on your needs.

With this, you have the possibility to filter and curate items by category. You can also organize task distribution among Annotators and QAs based on the item categories, which you can enable in the project settings.

There are a few ways to categorize your items with this feature: by including category values in a CSV during the upload, in bulk from the Explore tab, or one item at a time through Zoom View.

CSV upload improvements

We’ve updated the required column names for CSV uploads as follows:
name has been changed to _item_name to avoid duplication conflicts.
_item_category can be used to specify an item’s category upon upload.
_folder can be used to upload items into multiple existing and/or new folders at once. Learn more.

Other features & improvements

The character limit for all Single-select, Multi-select, and Checkbox option values has been increased to 300 characters.
