Manage project access

Edit available data

You can edit how much access a group has to the project shared with them by changing their data scope.

To change access permissions:

1. In Setup, go to the Groups tab.
2. Click the three dots ⋮ on the group you want to edit.
3. From the menu, click Edit available data.
4. Choose between: Access to the whole project, and Specific folders. (Learn more)
5. Click Save.

Remove group from project

To remove a group and its members from a project:

1. In Setup, go to the Groups tab.
2. Click the three dots ⋮ on the group you want to edit.
3. From the menu, click Remove group.
4. In the pop-up, click Remove.
