Subsets
You can put a selection of items into Subsets which can be found under their own tab in the left panel. It allows you to categorize a number of items so that you can find them easily later without having to manually search or filter for them. It doesn’t take them out of their folders and you can put an item into multiple subsets at a time.

Share subset
Subsets from Image and LLMs and GenAI projects can be shared with others by generating a link. This will allow viewers who don’t have access to the platform to review and examine the items. They will be able to leave their feedback by setting an approval status.
To share a subset:
- In the All Subsets filter dropdown, find the subset you want to share.
- Click on the three dots
⋮

- In the pop-up, click Generate.
Once the link is generated, you have two additional actions you can take:

- Generate - This will generate a new link to be used, rendering the old one invalid.
