Video status

A video can have one of the following statuses:

Status	Definition
Not started	Not started means that the Project Admin or Annotator hasn't started working on the video.
In progress	In progress means that the Project Admin or Annotator is working on the video.
Quality check	Quality check means that the Project Admin or Annotator is reviewing the video.
Returned	Returned means that the video is returned to the Annotator for further review.
Completed	Completed means that the Project Admin, Annotator, or QA (with the permission to complete) completed the video.
Skipped	Skipped means that the video is completed, but it doesn't contain annotations.
