Add tag

  1. In the right panel, go to the Tags tab.
  2. Hover over the tag you want to add and click the corresponding + button.

📘

The tags are applied to the entire item, not individual timeframes.

Remove tag

  1. In the right panel, go to the Tags tab.
  2. Hover over the tag you want to add and click the corresponding delete button.

Approve/Disapprove video/audio

To approve a video/audio, select the thumbs up button in the bottom panel.

To disapprove a video/audio, select the thumbs down button in the bottom panel.

Permissions and restrictions

  • Only Team Admins, Team Owners, and Project Admins can approve and disapprove videos/audios.
  • Annotators and QAs can't approve or disapprove videos/audios.
  • You can't approve or disapprove frames or instances.
  • The status of a video doesn't change after it is approved or disapproved.

Video status

To change the status of your video/audio, go to the Video or Audio Editor and click one of the following buttons in the top-right panel (there are no buttons for Skip; press Alt + S on the keyboard):

  • Complete: To complete a video/audio.
  • Quality check: To send a video/audio to the QA.
  • Return: To return a video/audio to the Annotator.
  • Skip: To skip a video/audio because it's not useful to your model or because it doesn't contain the classes you want.

The table below shows the status buttons that are available or unavailable to each project contributor role.

video information

  1. In the bottom panel, select the drop-down list.
  2. Hover over the information (i) icon to see the name of the video/audio and the names of the assigned Annotators and QAs (if applicable), and select the copy/paste button to copy the video/audio name.
