Groups are a way to manage your team members more efficiently by defining their data and permission scopes, as well as maintaining project privacy. Only Contributors that aren’t already part of a group can be invited to a group.

Groups are private, so grouped Contributors, such as Project Admins, Annotators and QAs, can only see other members of the same group, and view data within the scope of their own group.
