General Recommendations

To use the SuperAnnotate platform efficiently, we recommend the following:

Browser:
- Use Google Chrome, and ensure it is kept up-to-date.
CPU:
- A 64-bit processor is required.
Operating System:
- Windows 10 or higher.
- macOS Monterey or later.
RAM:
- Minimum: 8 GB
Internet Speed:
- At least 50 Mbps. Use a speed checker tool to verify your connection.

These are the minimum requirements. Depending on your project’s complexity, data type, and location, the requirements may vary.

Recommended Browser

SuperAnnotate is optimized for Google Chrome. While the platform may work with other browsers, we do not test for compatibility with them. If you experience issues while using a non-recommended browser, we cannot guarantee support.

If your device meets or exceeds these requirements but you encounter performance issues, please:

Run an internet speed test and take a screenshot of the results.
Contact our Support Team with the screenshot, and we’ll help investigate the issue.
